- Various office duties that includes invoicing customers, answering phones and help answer telephone questions
- Accounts payable posting
- Bank Deposits
- Filing/maintaining office files, maintaining office supplies
- General Administration
- Previous Office Administration experience
- Must have excellent communication both written and verbal
- MS Office
- Basic Accounting experience
- Experience within Construction Industry would be an asset
