Permanent role
100% in office- no remote work
Duties:

  • Various office duties that includes invoicing customers, answering phones and help answer telephone questions
  • Accounts payable posting
  • Bank Deposits
  • Filing/maintaining office files, maintaining office supplies
  • General Administration
Requirements:
  • Previous Office Administration experience
  • Must have excellent communication both written and verbal
  • MS Office
  • Basic Accounting experience
  • Experience within Construction Industry would be an asset
