We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to fill a key position on our team: Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and supporting various departments. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The position is to be filled by July 15th, 2025.

As a key role of the team, you will have the opportunity to:

Efficiently handle administrative tasks (invoicing, payment follow-ups, record keeping) to ensure smooth and effective management; Respond to clients with professionalism and empathy, offering tailored solutions that make a real difference. Supervise administrative staff and provide training and development as needed. Coordinate vendor management tasks, including maintaining relationships with suppliers. Assist with budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing reports. Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records. Utilize phone systems effectively to manage calls and messages.

Boost Sales and Business Development



Prepare and present quotes for our pile installation projects; Build strong relationships with contractors and homeowners to generate new opportunities; Actively participate in sales and contribute to company growth; Conduct strategic research to identify new clients and promising projects.

Proudly Represent the Company



Attend professional events, conferences, and business breakfasts to showcase our expertise; Ensure the company meets all necessary construction industry requirements and registrations.

What You Bring to the Team:



Strong written and verbal communication skills that inspire confidence; Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience or knowledge in the construction field (a plus); College diploma or equivalent in accounting or secretarial studies.
