Communicate with adjustors regularly and customer to keep them updated on completion of job regularly.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure have an understanding of repair timelines to communicate with the customer and adjustors.
Ensure that vehicles and schduled according to the shop schedule.
Maintain accurate records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Handle clerical duties such as filing documents, organizing office supplies, and maintaining the front desk area.
Assist with customer support inquiries, providing information and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications:
Prefer to have someone who have worked in Autobody/ Collision Shop.
Worked with SGI.
Worked with Mitchell connect and MItchell one.
