Jessica has spent 13 years in the insurance industry as a local broker, building a strong connection to the Belleville area, where she and her family have happily settled. Raised in Prince Edward County, she is deeply rooted in the community and active in various local sports teams. Jessica understands the importance of home and how hard people work to make theirs a haven. When things go awry, she knows how essential it is to restore that sense of comfort with professionalism and care, making it feel like home again.
Ben lives in Prince Edward County with his family and has deep roots in the Trenton area and surrounding communities. As the owner of a custom home building company, he brings extensive expertise and leads a skilled, knowledgeable crew. His experience is invaluable in managing emergency situations and ensuring every restoration project is handled with precision, restoring properties to their full potential.

Qualifications
Experience
: Previous experience in office management, preferably within the restoration industry.
Education
: High School diploma is required. Post-secondary education and/or a combination of relevant education and experience in the construction/restoration industry would be considered an asset.
Skills
: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, industry software and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities
Office Coordination
: Oversee daily office activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Customer/Client Communication
: Address customer inquiries, provide updates, and manage customer/client relationships.
Administrative Support
: Manage office supplies, ordering, process invoices, and assist/manage bookkeeping tasks.
Documentation
: Maintain accurate records of project details, financial transactions and client communications.
Team Support
: Assist in hiring, training, and supporting daily business operations.
Quality Control
: Ensure that all administrative processes meet industry standards and company expectations
