JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



Assist with monthly bank and credit card reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records. Organize, manage, and file documents digitally, maintaining an efficient electronic filing system for easy retrieval. Communicate with vendors regarding payments, inquiries, and account status to ensure timely and accurate transactions. Coordinate meetings and calendars, scheduling appointments and sending reminders to relevant parties. Maintain office supplies inventory, monitor usage, and place orders as necessary to ensure the office runs smoothly. Assist with financial report preparation by compiling data, verifying accuracy, and supporting the analysis process. Track promotions, sales, and coupon usage, compiling reports to assess effectiveness and inform future marketing strategies. Manage the office email account, ensuring timely responses and organization of correspondence for efficient communication flow. Perform accurate data entry tasks, inputting information into databases and spreadsheets while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity. Support other administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the office environment.

QUALIFICATIONS



Certificate/Diploma in Business, Office Administration, or Accounting from a recognized post-secondary institution. Minimum of three years of relevant experience preferred, with a strong emphasis on administrative support. Proven experience using Sage software required. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks while ensuring accuracy in all tasks and documentation. Ability to work fluently in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and clarity. High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency with PDF software. Familiarity with payroll processes and compliance requirements. Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence and initiative. Flexible and adaptable mindset to thrive in a dynamic office environment with changing priorities.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
