Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining smooth daily operations and providing compassionate, professional support to families and visitors. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, professional and able to handle administrative duties with care and discretion.

Responsibilities



Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner Provide friendly and respectful customer service to families, visitors and vendors Manage correspondence, emails and filing systems (digital & paper) Assist with scheduling, record keeping and other general office duties Support the coordination of interment services and related administrative needs Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity when handling all information and inquires

Qualifications



Previous administrative or office experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to help others Proficiency with different computer platforms and software
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 29 per week

Work Location: In person
