If so... we need to talk. One of our busy Realtors is looking for an admin assistant.

This isn't a "tell me what to do all day" kind of job.
This is a

"see it, solve it, and make it better"

What You'll Be Doing



A mix of daily structure + unpredictable challenges, including:

Managing our Agent's calendar, schedule, priorities, and communications Overseeing CRM data, follow-up systems, and client workflows Handling paperwork, documentation, admin processes, and all the little details others miss Coordinating meetings, appointments, travel, and special projects Helping with social media + marketing tasks (Canva skills = gold) Light accounting duties -- invoices, receipts, expenses Occasionally running out for tasks or errands when needed
Basically: you keep things moving, organized, and on track.

What You Bring to the Table



Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or administrative rockstar Proficiency with G Suite, Microsoft, Canva Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong initiative + problem-solving skills Valid driver's license MUST work in-office (this is not remote or hybrid)

Bonus Points If You Have:



CRM management experience Social media / marketing chops Real estate knowledge (processes, forms, documentation)
