Office Administrative Assistant
This role is essential for keeping our office running smoothly in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
Key Duties
Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Assist office staff with a range of tasks, including:
Scheduling staff shifts
Preparing reports
Supporting various admin and HR-related activities
Use Excel and Word to create and manage documents, reports, and schedules.
Help maintain accurate records and organize digital and physical files.
Provide general office support, including ordering supplies and coordinating service needs.
Assist in outreach and fact-finding calls to identify and connect with key contacts and help coordinate meetings.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (strong skills are a must).
Excellent communication skills (phone, email, in-person).
Confident and comfortable speaking with external contacts and gathering information.
Ability to multitask and prioritize under shifting demands.
Flexibility to handle sudden changes and take on new tasks as they arise.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.07-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
On call
Weekends as needed
