We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator / Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, support office operations, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. The Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment and supporting staff and clients alike.

Duties



Handle data entry, filing, and document management with accuracy and attention to detail Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks Support bookkeeping and financial record keeping as needed Support and Assist the sales team as needed. Assist with HR duties as required. Proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents for accuracy and professionalism Maintain organized office supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary Ensure adherence to phone etiquette and professional communication standards at all times

Qualifications



Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or related roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Strong computer skills including data entry, typing, proofreading, and file management Experience with Sage or bookkeeping is preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Outstanding customer service skills and professional phone etiquette Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy Prior experience with administrative support roles
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$30.30 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
