We're S&B Landscaping, a local company working in landscaping, construction support, property maintenance, snow removal, and ice management across the Fraser Valley. We're looking for a reliable, organized Office Administrator to take ownership of our day-to-day office and backend admin work.
This is not a receptionist role. We don't have walk-in customers. This role is for someone who can work independently, stay organized, and keep things moving without constant direction.
What You'll Do
- Send estimates, invoices, and basic contracts
- Manage emails and follow-ups
- Track jobs (quoted, pending, completed)
- Manage calendars, tasks, and reminders
- Track employee hours and prep payroll info
- Use QuickBooks Online (basic admin, no accounting)
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and templates
What We're Looking For
- Office admin experience (trades/construction a plus)
- Comfortable with QuickBooks Online, email, and spreadsheets
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Able to work independently and take initiative

- Full-time, Monday-Friday (daytime hours)
- Office-based in Abbotsford
- Long-term role with room to grow
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
