Office Administration

Successful completion of a college diploma in office administration or other equivalent study area, from a recognized educational institution. (business administration, accounting etc.) A minimum of five (5) years of recent and related experience preferably working within a large and complex environment. Advanced technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organization and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands. Superior work ethic, professionalism, resourcefulness and reliability. Proven ability to make decisions, exercise judgment and take initiative in dealing with confidential information and/or in responding to inquiries. Flexible with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking and dynamic environment. Maintain detailed communication notes in the database Other duties/projects as required Assisting Senior Management with various administrative tasks Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
