Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online .

Duties

• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
• Assist in proofreading documents to ensure clarity and correctness.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone and email
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as necessary.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks to track expenses and manage billing processes.
• Collect and file receipts / invoices
• Respond to emails and make phone calls to customers / suppliers
• Weekly payroll
• File monthly payroll remittance
• File quarterly HST remittance
• Invoices
• Quotes
• ROE's
• Keeping an up to date accounts payable record at all times
• Track employees hours
• Job Costing
• Spreadsheets
• Making and implementing company policies
• Accounts receivables
• Bank deposits

Skills

• Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong proofreading skills to ensure quality documentation.
• Strong phone etiquette for effective communication
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
• Strong knowledge and experience in bookkeeping

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.45 per hour
