Duties



Provide administrative support to management and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations. Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, while maintaining professionalism. Organize and maintain files, records, and databases for easy access and retrieval. Assist in project management tasks, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for internal meetings. Coordinate procurement activities and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of services. Facilitate effective communication across departments to enhance collaboration. Utilize SharePoint for document management and sharing among team members. Conduct analysis of data to support decision-making processes within the organization. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Experience



Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) is essential. Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project is preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a plus. Strong writing skills for drafting reports, correspondence, and documentation. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with records management practices and filing systems is beneficial. Excellent negotiation skills for dealing with vendors and service providers. Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting purposes.
