Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Administrator / Catering Coordinator to support daily office operations and coordinate corporate catering services. This role is essential in driving sales, ensuring smooth event execution, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Catering Sales & Client Coordination:
Lead and support corporate catering sales by providing customized solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Anticipate client needs and resolve any challenges to ensure successful event outcomes.
Administrative & Event Support:
Assist with event planning logistics, scheduling, and documentation.
Manage orders, invoices, and follow up on billing as required.
Coordinate communication between clients, kitchen staff, and event teams.
Maintain accurate records, files, and internal documentation.
Office Administration:
Support daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
Handle email and phone correspondence in a professional manner.
Maintain office supplies and assist with basic administrative tasks.
Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
1-4 years of experience in catering, hospitality, events, or administrative support roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset but not required.
