NOW HIRING FOR "ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / BOOKEEPER"
Duties:
Office Admin will perform some or all of the following duties:
Answering & Forwarding Phone Calls and Voicemails
Reconciling Time Sheets for Employees & Reviewing Hours
Daily Bookkeeping, Filing, and Mail Sorting
Payroll organization and interacting with employees
Interacting with Suppliers for Orders and Billing
Interacting with Customers for Payments and Inquiries
Administrating company fleet vehicles and insurances
Welcoming & Accommodating Visitors to Office or Events
Picking-up Samples & Mail from various locations
Cleaning & Maintaining Office Areas and Replenishing Supplies
Organizing Company Events, Travel, and Accommodations
Experience:
1+ Year of experience as Administrative Assistant
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Strong communication skills both oral and written
Strong organization skills
Tech- savy
Must be able to use Microsoft Office Programs, including Word & Excel
Knowledge of Sage50 or Accounting Program software's are an asset
Must have 1+ year of bookkeeping experience
Must be able to manage multiple priorities
Must have Valid Ontario Drivers License & Own Vehicle
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM)
