Office Administrator
Location: Coquitlam, BC

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Rate: $28- $32 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our programs and classes are delivered seamlessly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and brings strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
-Logistics Coordination: Book and manage travel arrangements for staff, facilitators, and guests.
-Inventory Management: Track, order, and organize office and program supplies.
-Classroom & Training Support: Coordinate room setups, schedule classes, manage bookings, and ensure all logistics are in place.
-Office Administration: Support day-to-day administrative tasks, filing, and office organization.
-Marketing Support: Manage and coordinate marketing activities, including social media updates, event promotions, and material distribution.
-Customer & Community Relations: Provide excellent service to clients, partners, and community members, helping build and maintain positive relationships.
Qualifications
-Previous experience in office administration, coordination, or a similar role.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with online platforms.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
-Experience with event coordination or marketing is an asset.
