Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have a proven track record in office management. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative functions. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing schedules, overseeing clerical tasks, and facilitating communication within the team.

Duties



Greet and assist members, guests, and vendors Answer and direct phone calls and general email inquiries Schedule appointments and assist with facility bookings Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies as needed Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems Assist with data entry, reporting, and general administrative support Post timely updates to social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) promoting events and announcements Monitor and respond to comments/messages on social platforms Coordinate with club staff to create and schedule engaging content Provide occasional support during events or special functions Other duties as required

Requirements



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks. Pay: From $22.00 per hour
