General Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Selling new and used RV's and campers Providing excellent customer service. Communicating with customers and responding to online inquiries. Focus on the selling process. Ability to network, follow-up on customers and prospects. Comfortable with Cold calling. Attain and then exceed your Sales Goals set by yourself and the management team. Adheres to all Federal, Provincial, Municipal, Manufacturer and Company policies, directives and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

Any Sales Experience is considered an asset Knowledge of the PBS Dealer Management System is a definite asset Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Great attitude, personable, courteous and outgoing personality. Must be detail-oriented, accurate and organized. Positive attitude and a team player. Ability to handle stress and stay focused in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multi-task with good time management and organization skills. Professional attitude and appearance. Confident, self-motivated, and a desire to set and achieve personal goals. Valid VSA License (or willing to obtain license) Valid BC Driver's License, with a clean Drivers Abstract

Compensation

Industry leading Commission based pay structure.

All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, driver's abstract in order to qualify for employment.
