RV Sales Consultant

15 Years ago The Power Garage started out as a small family run motorcycle dealership. We have since grown into a multi-dimensional outdoors store. We are a one stop shop for all recreational enthusiasts. Helping families create memories is our core goal. We are looking for passionate team members who are hard working and looking to join a fast-paced retail environment. Customer experience and service is our number one priority.

What You Bring to the Role



Professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner. Ability to maintain a high level of product knowledge. Natural ability to speak and engage with customers. Previous experience with CRM Tools, Computers and Facebook.

What You'll Do



Selling, promoting, and endorsing of the dealership's RV units. Successfully promote sales to existing clients. Identify clients needs and assist them in purchasing of new/preowned product. Follow proper sales and quoting processes thru our custom CRM. Overcome objections of prospective customers. Adapt communication style to deliver information effectively to a range of individuals. Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and other research. Develop and build relationships with new clients and develop additional contacts within existing clients. Handle customer complaints as they arise, escalating to the appropriate individual as deemed necessary. Keep up-to-date records on sales calls, customer contacts, and details of meetings thru CRM tool. Work with other departments to upsell accessories & services with unit purchase to give customer best functionality with their products. Understand and acknowledge daily/weekly Sales Department Goals and Targets Actively pursue to meet and exceed the weekly targets. Work with Sales Manager to create and execute continuous sales plan. All other duties as assigned. BRING ENTHUSIASM!

What We'd Like From You



Experience in retail sales environment is required. Experience in selling RV's is an asset but any sales experience welcome. Attitude and enthusiasm should be your greatest asset! Valid driver's license required. Able to work regular hours including Saturdays. Able to travel to sales events/shows and customer appointments outside of primary work location

Pay: $40,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
