Connections Halifax is a community based program, within the Recovery and Integration portfolio. The delivery of services/supports is guided by principles of Recovery - oriented approach, Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Community Development.Connections Halifax offers an integrated network of opportunities for people living with mental illness and experiencing significant functional challenges to participate and receive needed support for successful community living.
