Occupational Therapist (OT) - Part-Time/Full-Time

Kismet Learning Centre Inc. is a multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to supporting children and families through collaborative, play-based, and family-centered therapy. We provide behaviour consultation, intervention services, speech and language therapy to children and youth with diverse needs. As we expand to offer clinic-based care in addition to home-based services, we are excited to grow our passionate team!

We are currently seeking a caring and motivated

Occupational Therapist

to join our team! The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about helping children achieve independence and success in their daily lives, and excited to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans Provide direct therapy services to children and youth in a clinic and/or home setting Collaborate with families and team members (e.g., SLPs, BCBAs, BI team) to support child development Document session notes, maintain progress reports, and contribute to goal planning Provide parent coaching and strategies to support generalization of skills Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy Registered and in good standing with the College of Health Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC) Experience working with children with developmental delays, sensory processing differences, or autism preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills Clear Criminal Record Check

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
