We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This part time or contract role provides the opportunity to work both in our clinics and in the community, supporting adults and families across Ontario.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the MVA sector. This role combines direct therapy, caregiver collaboration, and interdisciplinary teamwork.
Responsibilities
Deliver adult occupational therapy treatment services in both clinic and community settings.
Provide assessments and individualized treatment plans.
Manage hospital discharges
Work collaboratively with families and community partners to support client progress.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Support service delivery contracts with third-party programs.
Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current registration and good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).
Minimum 2 years' experience in occupational therapy preferred.
Demonstrated experience working with adults involved in Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA)
Strong clinical reasoning, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel between clinic and community locations (valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle required).
Able to work flexible hours to accommodate clients schedule
