'Universal Health Hub' is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area. Based in your local area, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing expert occupational therapy services that align with our commitment to empathy and personalized care.

'Responsibilities'

Conduct comprehensive geriatric assessments focusing on mobility, balance, cognition, ADLs, and home safety Develop personalized care plans that promote independence and prevent functional decline Recommend adaptive equipment, mobility aids, and environmental modifications for fall prevention Provide therapy to support arthritis management, stroke recovery, dementia care, and chronic illness management Educate seniors and families on safe techniques, energy conservation, and daily routine adaptations Collaborate with caregivers, PSWs, nurses, and physicians to ensure continuity of care Document assessments, progress, and recommendations accurately
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $68.00-$70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
