We are currently seeking an
in community
Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting formal and informal assessments, as well as implementing treatment plans for children and adolescents (ages 0-18) with a range of diagnoses. Services are offered in-home, at schools, and daycares in Mississauga and surrounding cities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide sensory and fine motor assessment and intervention for children who present with a broad range of functional concern.
Manage an assigned caseload and contribute to the quality of care to clients through adherence to the professional standards of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
Support client families by providing individual and group training and resources to parents that will support the development of skills at home.
Maintain regular contact with client families and keep them informed of treatment plans.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Registered in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
Registered with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists or the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists.
Two years of clinical experience working with children an asset
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Well-developed clinical skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting
Strong Organizational Skills
