Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist ( Hand experience) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients to help them achieve their maximum level of independence in daily activities. The Occupational Therapist will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans and provide case management to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Duties

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions. Develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback. Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to enhance patients' functional abilities including hand braces Educate patients and their families about treatment options, goals, and strategies for improving daily living skills. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services. Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in case management activities to facilitate referrals, discharge planning, and follow-up care.

Experience

A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program is required. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously are necessary for success in this role. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues are crucial.
