Position Overview

Are you an Occupational Therapist, seeking the freedom to manage your own caseload both onsite and remotely. Salius Rehab offers you the flexibility to set your own hours, work at a higher rate, and access a rehabilitation assistant, and physiotherapist for team consultations. This role provides the unique blend of independence and support, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care in our long term care settings.

Key Responsibilities

Client Care:

Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to a diverse client base, addressing a wide range of rehabilitative needs including: seating/mobility ; cognitive needs; wound management; funding allocations,etc.

Client Management

:Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.

Team Collaboration

:Work directly with rehabilitation assistants, physiotherapists from Salius' team and the interdisciplinary teams onsite to ensure comprehensive and effective client care.

Professional Development

: Stay current with the latest developments in occupational therapy through continuous learning and professional development opportunities. Including training in telehealth/virtual assessments processes.
