Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing healthcare team. What you will do

Assess children's physical, sensory, emotional, and developmental needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions in a clinic setting Collaborate closely with speech-language pathologists and other professionals Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes clearly and accurately Educate families and caregivers on strategies and activities to support carryover at home Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

What we're looking for

Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist Experience working with pediatric populations is preferable Strong understanding of developmental milestones, sensory integration, and functional skills Ability to adapt therapy approaches based on each child's needs and progress Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Comfort working within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to compassionate, family-centred care.

Pay: $90.00-$120.00 per hour
