Job Description

We are currently seeking a Nursing Supervisor in the Ottawa region. Reporting to the Director of Care you will assist in coordinating and implementing resident care, based upon pre-established standards, to ensure quality of life for each individual resident.

Qualifications:

Current RPN Certificate.

Possession of current certificate of both CPR and First Aide.

Must be a competent person as defined by the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Experience working with seniors is considered an asset.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain positive and diplomatic relationships.

Demonstrated ability in planning, coordination, and supervision is highly desirable.
