Pediatric

Clinical Nursing Supervisor

to join our Calgary branch.


In this role, you will be responsible for delivering clinical supervision and working collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals to support the delivery of

pediatric home care services.

Pay Rate:

$29 to $32 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Engaging and empowering employees, pediatric clients and their families.


Providing orientation, training, hands-on care to our clients, and mentorship to employees (LPNs and HCAs).


Developing programs aligned with Classic LifeCare's culture and Accreditation Canada's home support standards.


Collaborating on assessments and implementing person-centered care plans.

The ideal candidate for the position should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Current LPN/RN registration with the CLPNA/CRNA.

Experience with pediatric care (preferred).

Valid First Aid and CPR certification & clear tuberculosis screening result. Criminal record check/police information check with a vulnerable sector clearance. Possession of a valid driver's license with reliable transportation within Calgary. Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with healthcare professionals, clients' family members, and relevant organizations to ensure clients' best interests and goals are met. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Capability to manage a client case load, including scheduling visits and promptly responding to emails and phone calls. A people and community-focused mindset, prioritizing client-centered care and community collaboration. Willingness to contribute to the development of services based on unique strengths and interests, promoting continuous improvement in care delivery. Enjoyment of a fun and engaging working environment that fosters teamwork and professional growth.
