Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse's Aide to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in delivering patient care under the supervision of manager. This role is vital in ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care, comfort, and assistance with daily activities.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff. Provide medication administration as directed by licensed nurses. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care. Utilize medical terminology accurately when documenting patient information and communicating with the healthcare team. Organize patient care tasks efficiently to meet the needs of multiple patients. Operate computers and relevant software applications (e.g., Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes.

Experience

Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. Familiarity with medication administration protocols and basic medical terminology is advantageous. Strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively. Ability to communicate compassionately and clearly with patients from various backgrounds.
