Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse's Aide to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support and assist in delivering high-quality patient care. The Nurse's Aide will play a vital role in ensuring patient comfort and safety while fostering a positive experience for patients and their families.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to manager. Provide basic patient care, including medication administration under the supervision of in charge. Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas. Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with medical protocols. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care. Utilize computer systems for patient records management and scheduling as needed. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in patient care or a healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members. Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous. Proficient in computer operation, including Microsoft Outlook or similar software for documentation purposes. Ability to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a compassionate demeanor towards patients. Knowledge of acute care practices is a plus. Certification as a Nurse's Aide or completion of relevant training programs is preferred.
