We are currently recruiting a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team to float between both locations to cover same day patient needs.
As a Nurse Practitioner at Care&, you will:
Provide comprehensive primary healthcare to patients across all age groups
Work with our AI-integrated EMR system that streamlines documentation and clinical workflows
Deliver care through both in-person and telemedicine appointments, offering patients flexible access options
Focus on patient care while our voice-to-text AI technology assists with SOAP note documentation
Practice autonomously while having support from our collaborative multidisciplinary team

What you bring:
Authorized to work in Canada
Master of Nursing or equivalent
Completion of a Nurse Practitioner Certificate or equivalent
Current registration (Extended Class) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

Pay: $130,000.00 per year
