About Us
Thornhill Drug Mart is a community-focused pharmacy dedicated to improving patient health through accessible, compassionate, and evidence-based care. We are expanding our clinical team and seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to help deliver comprehensive primary care and preventative health services from within our pharmacy setting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform patient assessments and physical examinations. Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions. Prescribe medications and develop individualized care plans. Provide chronic disease management and minor ailment assessments. Support harm reduction, medication adherence, and health promotion programs. Collaborate closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals. Deliver patient education and preventative health services. Accurately document all encounters using EMR systems.
Qualifications
Current registration as a
Nurse Practitioner (CNO)
in good standing. Experience inprimary care, geriatrics, or community health
is an asset. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-centered care skills. Proficiency withEMR software
and comfort working in an interdisciplinary team.Why Join Us?

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $70.00-$75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 - 25 per week
