What You'll Do:

Assess, diagnose, and manage patients on OAT (Suboxone, Methadone, Kadian, etc.) Provide harm reduction counselling, relapse prevention, and patient education. Collaborate closely with physicians, pharmacists, social workers, and mental health professionals. Maintain detailed clinical documentation and support compliance with regulatory standards.

We're Looking For:

Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Alberta. Experience in OAT and/or addiction medicine (or strong interest with willingness to train). Compassionate, non-judgmental approach to patient care. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
