Nurse Practitioner (NP)

to join our growing team in providing exceptional primary and specialized care to our community.

About Us

Bluenose Health is a subscription-based, nurse practitioner-led clinic providing accessible, inclusive primary care for our patients and their families. We are located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and offer our subscribers personalized, patient-centered medical care by appointment, in-person and via telephone, with easy telephone booking.

Key Responsibilities

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients across the lifespan. Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as per scope of practice. Promote health education, disease prevention, and overall wellness. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

Qualifications

Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with current registration in good standing with the

Nova Scotia College of Nursing (NSCN)

. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred. Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and organizational skills. Commitment to patient-centered and evidence-based practice.
