Job Description

Duties:
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including special needs individuals, toddlers, and those requiring cardiac catheterization
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
- Perform procedures such as aseptic technique, sterile processing, and airway management
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Cerner for documentation and communication with other healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care
- Participate in utilization review and discharge planning processes
- Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or cognitive impairments

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Nurse Practitioner
- Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the respective specialty area (e.g., Family, Adult-Gerontology, Pediatrics)
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in the area of practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,201.25-$120,579.15 per year
