Reporting to the Manager, the Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Health Authority through the provision of safe quality nursing care to clients. The Clinical Resource Nurse educates, mentors and supports unit staff, promotes patient safety, occupational health and safety and quality improvement on the unit.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education and Training
Nursing diploma is acceptable
Basic Cardiac Life Support Instructor Certificate (BCLS)
Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS)
Knowledge and Abilities
Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Knowledge in adult education
