Reporting to the Care Team Manager at the Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting the highest standard of care and service provision to residents living on a given neighborhood. As an experienced practitioner, the resident care coordinator acts in a leadership role to provide specialized clinical expertise, coordination of resident care, and provide support and teaching to the resident care team (including residents and residents families) within a collaborative environment. The routine procedures are generally predetermined but critical thinking and independent judgment is an integral part of the position.

Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable Nursing diploma is acceptable Registered/eligible with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan
