JOB DESCRIPTION

Job 1: Common Area of Rental Apartments Cleaner
Wage: $19.00 per hour
Location: Marine Drive & Capilano Road, North Vancouver
Schedule: 2 cleaners for Monday to Friday (8am - 4pm), 1 cleaner for Tuesday to Saturday (8am - 4pm) includes one hour break
Hours: 7 hours per session (35 hours per week) - Full time

Job 2: Showroom Cleaning
Wage: $19.50 per hour
Location: Glen Dr. & E. 1st Ave, Vancouver
Schedule: 3-5 hours per week. Once (1) a week on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
Hours: Anytime between 8am - 8pm

Job 3: Common Area of Rental Apartments Cleaner
Wage: $18.00 per hour
Location: Gilbert Road and Westminster Hwy, Richmond
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (9am - 2pm)
Hours: 5 hours per session (30 hours per week)

Mandatory qualifications:

You own a smartphone with data You are authorized to work in Canada No subcontractors
Preferred qualifications:

2 years of janitorial cleaning experience Experience in surface disinfection Hard-working, punctual and detail-oriented

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Wipe and dust surfaces, appliances, and furniture Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Disinfect/sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas Garbage and recycling disposal Clean windows and mirrors Cobweb removal up to 8 feet high Replenish supply of hand towels, hand soap, and other similar products
