Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician
to join our team. This position involves performing inspections in accordance with applicable Codes and Standards. The role requires primarily out of town travel to job sites, including hotel stays, along with some local work.Responsibilities
Perform NDT inspections in accordance with written procedures and applicable codes Conduct visual and magnetic particle testing Interpret, evaluate, and document inspection results Collaborate with engineers, quality assurance teams, and construction personnel to address issues identified during inspections Complete inspection reports accurately and on time Maintain inspection equipment and follow all safety requirements Travel to various job sites as required
Requirements
CWB Level I Visual Inspector certification (minimum)
CGSB Level II Magnetic Particle (MT) certification (minimum)
Additional CGSB certifications considered an asset Ability to travel extensively Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's licenseJob Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
