We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
Answer phone calls promptly, providing information or directing calls as necessary.
Manage reservations and maintain an organized front desk area.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of service.
Skills
Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Proficient in using phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards is beneficial.
Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
