Job Description

We are seeking a part time GM to over see the floor on Friday / Saturday\'s and the occasional weekday - this is not a full time position. Nightclub Manager Duties:
- Oversee the overall operations of the nightclub, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all patrons
- Manage and lead a team of nightclub staff, including bartenders, servers, and security personnel
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, including organizing special events and promotions
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective advertising campaigns Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant or nightclub management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation procedures
- Familiarity with bartending techniques and drink recipes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Experience conducting interviews and hiring staff members
