Night supervisor

What might a typical day look like? As a night supervisor you will have to :

• clearly communicate expectations to your team while providing feedback for continuous improvement and coaching them to deliver results;
• ensure the rotation of products according to prescribed standards and the labeling of merchandise;
• ensure shelves and displays are stocked in a manner that is attractive to consumers;
• place orders for the designated sections and perform the various functions of receiving merchandise.
