Summary

As a Night Supervisor at Crowfoot Wine & Spirits, you will oversee evening operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient team management. This role is vital in maintaining our high standards while promoting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise night operations to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional customer experiences. Manage cash handling processes and maintain accurate financial records. Train and support staff in food safety and service standards. Coordinate team schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management as needed. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food handling practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food or beverage industry. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK TILL 2:30AM

SHIFTS ARE SATURDAY TO TUESDAY - 10 HOUR SHIFTS

$2.00 PER HOUR SHIFT BONUS FOR WORKING PAST 2AM
