Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated night shift Production Operator (5pm to 5:30AM) to enhance our team at our tire recycling facility. As a Production Worker, your primary role will involve operating machinery and equipment crucial to the production process, playing a significant role in upholding a secure and productive work environment. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment integral to the tire crumbing process, adhering to safety and quality standards. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure continuous operation of production equipment. Respond swiftly to production challenges, prioritizing actions to maintain workflow efficiency. Inspect products and machinery regularly to identify and rectify potential issues, preventing downtime. Collaborate with the maintenance team and other production workers to ensure the smooth execution of production tasks. Record production data and maintenance activities accurately, utilizing a computerized system to track progress and issues. Assist in the setup and calibration of production machinery for optimal performance. Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized production area to ensure a safe working environment.
Required Skills:

Diploma, Skilled worker Effective communication skills to interact positively with team members and supervisors. Ability to work collaboratively in a team to meet production targets. Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks or changes in production processes. Basic technical skills to perform minor repairs and adjustments on machinery. Familiarity with safety protocols and standards in a production environment. Capacity to follow detailed instructions and procedures accurately.
