Evergreen Architectural Woodworking & Design is seeking a reliable

Night Shift CNC Operator

to support millwork production in our North York facility. The ideal candidate has experience running CNC machinery in a woodworking or manufacturing environment and is comfortable working independently overnight.

We're a 3rd-generation, AWMAC GIS-certified architectural millwork shop that's quietly become one of the GTA's fastest-growing players.

North York flagship shop Full in-house capability: 5-axis CNC, finishing machines, solid surface, edgebanding Premium commercial, healthcare, office, and luxury residential projects Family culture, zero corporate BS, promotions from within highly encouraged
We're doubling capacity with a dedicated

night shift

and we need the best to own it.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC machinery for custom millwork production Review drawings, programs, and materials before production Load and unload sheets; run, monitor, and adjust machine as needed Perform basic maintenance, tool setup, and calibration Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures

Qualifications

CNC operating experience (woodworking preferred) Ability to read shop drawings and production schedules Strong attention to detail and quality Able to work independently with minimal supervision Asset: Experience with Cabinet Vision, Alphacam, or similar software

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
