The Role

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Shift Cleaner. This role is critical to ensuring our facility meets rigorous hygiene and safety standards, supporting the overall success of our operations. In this role, you will work a Monday to Friday schedule from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM and report directly to the night shift supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of designated areas within the facility. Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Adhere to all Quality Assurance (QA) and Health & Safety regulations. Complete assigned tasks within the scheduled shift and maintain accurate reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or housekeeping (preferred). Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs unassisted, and operating cleaning equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Reliable and punctual, with a proven record of exceptional attendance. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic communication skills for understanding instructions and reporting issues. Respectful and professional demeanor toward colleagues and company values.
