We are hiring night time general cleaners for the Halifax Airport.

Night Shift - 7PM to 7AM

Rotating schedule:

Week #1 - 2 days on (Mon, Tues), 2 days off (Wed, Thurs), 3 days on (Fri, Sat, Sun)

Week #2 - 2 days off (Mon, Tues), 2 days on(Wed, Thurs), 3 days off (Fri, Sat, Sun)

This is a unionized position offering fully paid medical benefits, as well as 5 paid personal days per year post probationary period. Uniforms are provided to you, and we will provide training.

Onsite parking (cost covered)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.35 probationary rate increasing to $0.30 after completing 60 days probation.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Conduct commercial cleaning tasks, including but not limited to floor maintenance, restroom sanitation, and waste disposal. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Ensure efficient workflow during night shifts.
