About the Role:
We're looking for a friendly and responsible
Night Front Desk Receptionist
to be the face of our hostel during overnight hours. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves meeting people from all over the world and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, even after dark!
Responsibilities:
Greet and interact with guests from around the world
Check guests in and out with a smile
Manage bookings and reservations (online and walk-in)
Oversee the reception area and lobby, keeping it tidy and inviting
Provide helpful local information and tips to travelers
Handle payments and basic admin tasks
Monitor security and ensure guest safety during overnight hours
Perform cleaning duties in common areas
Handle laundry needs for hostel linens and towels
Shifts & Hours:
This is a night position
(overnight shifts)
Weekend availability required
